The location was easy to get to after coming off the ferry and close to Red Hook where there are many places to eat. The space was fantastic, very comfortable beds. The pool was clean and very private. Would definitely stay here again.

Great location!2 minute drive to red hook ( ferry to St.John) and Right between Lindquist and Saphire beaches. Air conditioning in the Villa made for great sleeping.

This is a great spot! The place is cute and clean with all you will need on your vacation. The private pool is wonderful for a night time swim. The bar/restaurant cooked us some fish that had been caught that day … so delicious! I highly recommend Philip’s place!

Excellent villa in quiet location. Really clean! Villa pool was super! Philip is a super host! Sapphire Beach is a walk away. Sunday afternoon band at the beach bar was really good! New sofa bed since photos were taken. Outdoor shower was really nice!!! We will be back!

Awesome place in an awesome location. This is the ideal spot to be in St Thomas. The private pool was nice! Great value and great communication. I would definitely stay again!

We had a fantastic stay at Philip’s lovely poolside villa. The amenities – like pool floats, beach chairs, and coolers – made a relaxing vacation even easier. We can’t wait to visit again.
