The Villa

This private villa in a prime location offers the unmatched ability to wake up, open your bedroom door, and jump right into your own private pool. The luxury accommodations include a well equipped and stocked kitchen with quartz countertops, breakfast bar, gas cooking and a full sized fridge and freezer. You’ll find everything you need to cook dinner, grill by the pool, or craft an island beverage. The bath boasts a garden shower that you’re sure to fall in love with. I especially love enjoying it during a rain shower.

The on-site restaurant and bar is one of the best places on island. The location is prime with easy access to Redhook and all the nightlife, dining and shopping it has to offer, in addition to access to the ferry terminal to St John and the British Virgin Islands.

You can walk to some of the most beautiful beaches in the world in under 5 minutes. The villa has easy access to Sapphire Beach through a walking gate on property, with a great beach bar, pristine waters and snorkeling. You can also walk to protected Lindquist Bay Beach with its gorgeous, crystal clear, turquoise water perfect for swimming. It’s been ranked in the top 20 beaches in the world.

You don’t have to have a car to get around. The Safari Bus goes by the main road and is only $2 per. person. It will take you to Downtown Charlotte Amalie or Tutu Park Mall for shopping, anywhere in Redhook or to Havensight and Yacht Haven Grande. It’s also easy to hail a taxi to go anywhere on island or rent a car if you choose.

The beaches on St. Thomas are jaw-dropping. Lindquist Bay Beach, Sapphire Beach, Secret Harbour, Vessup Bay, Pelican Beach, Coki Beach, Magen’s Bay, Hull Bay, Brewer’s Bay and Lindbergh Bay are just some of my favorites. Again, Sapphire beach is just thru the beach gate and over a parking lot. The villa is stocked with everything you need to enjoy a day at the beach, such as a cooler, beach chairs, umbrella, snorkel gear and beach towels.

All beaches offer great snorkeling and again the villa comes stocked with snorkel gear! It’s easy to swim naturally with Sea Turtles at either of the beaches within walking distance.

Having the ferry terminal so close to your private villa makes it easy to take a day trip to St. John. The ferry leaves every hour. There is also a car barge. St. John is amazing! It features the Virgin Islands National Park, pristine beaches, including world famous Trunk Bay (ranked in the Top 10 in the world) with its crystal clear waters and underwater guided snorkel tour. You’ll also enjoy world class hiking as well as fantastic dining (ask me for recommendations) and great shopping!

Back at your private oasis, unwind with a cocktail by the pool, grill up a burger or relax in the serenity of the indoor/outdoor garden shower. Catch the game with cable TV included or connect to the internet with Free Wifi.

For dining near the villa, Red Hook has over 20 restaurants and bars. I’m more than happy to share my favorites upon request. There are many additional dining options throughout the island. Sometimes, I’ll even catch the ferry over to St. John just for dinner. If you want to say in for the night, and not cook, visit Lime and enjoy some amazing food, drinks, views and vibes.

The neighborhood:The villa is located on the East End near Red Hook and smack between two of the most beautiful beaches on island.

Red Hook has over 20 restaurants and bars, great nightlife, and my favorite grocery store, Moe’s Fresh Market. There’s also a gas station, ATM’s and Scuba / Fishing / Sailing Outfitters.
